Technical Service Department

The Department, formerly known as General Service has the following functions:

1. Ensure maintenance of buildings/built environment at the Head Office and Zonal/State Offices.
2. Maintain facilities, furniture and fixtures at the Head Office and Zonal/State Offices.
3. Maintain equipment of the Commission at the Head Office and Zonal/State Offices.
4. Maintain of fixed assets of the Commission.
5. Carry out assessment needs of building, facilities, furniture/fixtures and equipment of the Commission.
6. Ensure regular payment of utility bills.
7. Prepare Departmental annual report and submission of same to the Planning, Research and Statistics Department on or before end of first quarter of the following year.
8. Carry out any other assignment as may be directed by the Chairman or the Commission.
